Costs
Attendance at UHCHS is free for most services. As of 1st July 2007, some counseling services will attract fees.
However, some activities and groups charge a small fee to cover costs.
The Drink Drive Program is also a cost associated program.

Client Intake and Assessment

UHCHS has an Client Services Officer whose role is to handle all client enquiries and so some processes may have changed if you are re-entering our agency to receive a service provided by a particular team.

An initial assessment is completed to ascertain which service will best meet your identified needs. You will then be linked with the most appropriate service OR in some cases be placed on a waiting list or offered alternative options such as support groups or group sessions.

Please do not be offended if for some reason you are referred to another service within our community as we are not always able to provide all the required specialist services.
